​Dr. Ivan Ostroumov has been a faculty of Air Navigation Systems Department of the National Aviation University of Ukraine since September 2007. He obtained his Ph.D. degree of Engineering in Navigation and Traffic Control in 2009 and Sc.D. in 2020 from National Aviation University of Ukraine. Since then, he has been a senior research scientist and professor for National Aviation University. In 2016/2017, he has also served as navigation instructor at "Aviation Company Ukrainian Helicopters." In 2017/2018, he has being a fulbright scholar in the school of Aeronautics and Astronautics at Purdue. Also, he took part in several projects, including: Supporting SESAR on GNSS Vulnerability Assessment by performing Space Weather Analysis and E-learning course development. His research theme is advanced methods for alternative positioning, navigation, and timing. Current research projects include: Methods and algorithms of positioning by multiple navigational aids, availability and accuracy estimation of navigation.

Dr. Maksym Zaliskyi is a professor of the Department of Telecommunication and Radioelectronic Systems at the National Aviation University. He received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in radio engineering from the National Aviation University, Ukraine, in 2005 and 2007, respectively. He obtained a PhD and D.Sc. degrees in aircraft equipment operation from the National Aviation University, in 2012 and 2021, respectively. He has 15 years of teaching experience, and his areas of interest include data processing, equipment operation, and reliability analysis. A total number of research publications is 204.
