Dr. Das received MD and PhD in Biomedical Informatics from Stanford University.? He completed a research track residency in Psychiatry and postdoctoral fellowship in Clinical Epidemiology at Columbia University/New York State Psychiatric Institute.? He served as faculty at Stanford University School of Medicine and at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth, where also served as Director of Biomedical Informatics within the Department of Biomedical Data Science, which he cofounded, and Director of the Biomedical Informatics Core within the SYNERGY Clinical and Translational Science Institute.? He joined IBM Research in 2016 as Director of Healthcare Effectiveness Research, a role focused on advancing machine learning and blockchain frameworks for clinical studies of AI solutions within healthcare. In 2020, he joined Merck Research Laboratories as Director of Real-world Data Analytics and Innovation. He is focused on developing new approaches for generating real-world evidence using AI, knowledge graphs and advanced analytic capabilities.
Dr. Yulei Wu received PhD degree in Computing and Mathematics from the University of Bradford, UK. His expertise is on intelligent networking, and his main research interests include computer networks, networked systems, software defined networks and systems, network management, and network security and privacy including blockchain technologies. He serves as an Associate Editor for IEEE Transactions on Network and Service Management, IEEE Transactions on Network Science and Engineering, and IEEE Access, as well as an Area Editor for Computer Networks (Elsevier). He has authored/edited five books published by Springer, The IET, and CRC. He is a Senior Member of the IEEE and the ACM, and a Fellow of the HEA (Higher Education Academy).
