Dr. K. Mohan Iyer worked as a teacher of Orthopaedics for Undergraduate and Postgraduate students at the University of Liverpool and for the final FRCS candidates at the University of London. He is on the Editorial Board of the Indian Orthopaedic Research Group and on the Recent Advances in Arthroplasty [RAA] Journal for many years.
He is a life member of the Indian Orthopaedic Association and the Karnataka Orthopaedic Association. He has presented numerous papers at state, national, and international conferences held the world over and authored 17 books to date.
