Currently, he works as a researcher at the Decentralized Systems Engineering Lab within the Department of Computer Science at Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), Norway. He is also a recipient of ERCIM Postdoctoral Research Fellowship awarded by the “European Research Consortium for Informatics and Mathematics” at NTNU, Norway. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong commitment in advancing the field of computer science and has made numerous valuable contributions to the academic community. He is highly respected for his expertise in blockchain, DeFi, DLT, Fintech, Data analytics, and Machine Learning and has published numerous research papers in well-respected journals and conferences. With his extensive education and experience, He is well-equipped to tackle complex research problems and provide insightful solutions. In addition to his own research, He is also a frequent book editor with major publishing units such as Springer, Taylor and Francis, and others. In addition to his work as a researcher and educator, Dr. Idrees is also a member of various scientific and professional organizations. Mariusz Nowostawski, Associate Professor at Norwegian University of Science and Technology, is a programmer, computer scientist and a teacher.
