This book will present the most recent advances in mathematical modeling of nanoparticulate delivery to cancerous lesions. Mathematical modeling and computer simulation of the delivery of therapeutic agents to cancerous lesions is outlined via a discussion of the essential issues, with particular attention to those involving biobarriers.
