Tilottama Singh is a certified HR analyst from IIM and a proficient academic, researcher, and trainer with more than 14 years of experience in the field of human resources and work dynamics. She is presently the Head of the Department in the School of Management, Uttaranchal Institute of Management, Uttaranchal University, Dehradun. Her areas of expertise are human resources and strategy, and her teaching concentration includes human resources, strategy, and law. She started her career in the hotel industry with Leela Kempinski in the corporate head office in human resources and training. Later, she joined the education sector with the topmost universities IMS Unison Group and Amity University, the leading university in Pan Asia. She earned a master’s (with distinction) in Human Resources Management. Prior to that, she graduated in Economics (with honours) and Law (with distinction), with an added vocational course in mass communication and analytic certification from IIM. Having an enriched research portfolio with Scopus and international refereed journals, book chapters, and conference presentations, she has been awarded best presentation awards at international conferences such as IEOM, MIDAS, and others. She serves as a member of AIMA and acts to lead and liaise between the student community and industry delegates, with a keen interest in training and building sustainable models for business and society.

Richa Goel is an Associate Professor of Economics and International Business at Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies Noida, Symbiosis International Deemed University, Pune. She was a gold medalist in her master’s of economics with dual specializations at the master level, accompanied by an MBA in Human Resources and a dual specialization at the graduate level in economics and law.
