He earned his Ph.D. in Management from Uttarakhand Technical University, India, and holds master’s degrees in business administration (MBA) and computer applications (MCA). He also qualified for the University Grant Commission National Eligibility Test in Management (UGC-NET). Dr. Sharma has more than 16 years of corporate and academic experience and has conducted many faculty development programs for national and international audiences. He has published research papers in many refereed journals and has published books and chapters in the area of employer branding, HR 4.0, Internet of Things (IoT), Entrepreneurial Innovations and Artificial Intelligence (AI) with many reputed publishers. He has also presented research papers at national and international conferences and has been honored as a session chair and keynote speaker at international conferences at various universities. Geeta Rana, PhD. is an Associate Professor at the Himalayan School of Management Studies in Swami Rama Himalayan University, Jolly Grant, Dehradun, India.
